Alpha has a extensive manufacturing infrastructure and arrangements to cater to complex manufacturing process for its complete product range. Right from the raw material stage to the final product, the entire process falls under the direct supervision of the design and development team.

The design stage leads to the foundry, where rough castings are made of the component. It then enters the machining stage, where Alpha possesses the latest in machinerys, equipments and instruments.

Rotors are manufactured by the latest  "Whirling head machining" process enabling tight tolerances and accuracy levels, which few can boast off. In every stage of the manufacturing process, a strict vigil on quality is maintained. Alpha's installed capacity has the ability to cater to a production of 2000 units annually.

The production shop is supervised by technically competent staff, directly reporting to the top management. A system of closed feedback, enables Alpha to churn out flawless components consistently.
